How we work
We consistently look for new candidates by proactively reaching out through cold calling successful candidates who are in a position and by other sources such as job boards and social media forums.
We read through each candidates resume looking for client specific requirements. Previous positions, accomplishments, education, years of experience and any necessary requirements requested.
Using our three step interview process; written, for accurate punctuation and precision, phone for linguistic proficiency and etiquette, and face to face for social behaviour and interaction.
1. Candidate Process
By conducting three separate interviews with the qualified candidates, this completes the assessments and review of all achievements, for creating the personal profile that will be sent to the Client for their review.
2. Client Process
We present the candidate’s profile too the Client, have a final candid phone discussion with the candidate, explaining the next process, proceed with booking a date and time with the Client for the candidates one on one interview at their chosen location.

What differentiates Apex Talent Solutions Inc from other firms is that we are a full service agency. Upon acceptance of the partnership agreement, the executive recruiter and client will complete a candidate profile. This profile is based on all requirements the client is requesting, and is used for reference while conducting the search. We use multiple sources including job boards, social media, and our own candidate pool, which allows the recruiter to quickly narrow down the unqualified candidates which relieves time and stress from the client as they are not receiving twenty to fifty resumes of candidates that do not have the qualifications requested. We will however deliver a handful of highly qualified candidates to the client which in turn one will be the right candidate for the position. We also have the capability to upon the clients request assist in salary negotiations, background screening processes, and complete additional reference checks.
